Startup Problems

Camera Won't Turn On

Possible Causes:

  • Low battery
  • Poor battery contact
  • System failure

Solutions:

  1. Connect charger and charge for 30 minutes then try again
  2. Check if battery is properly installed
  3. Press and hold power button for 10 seconds to force restart
  4. If still won't turn on, contact customer service

Black Screen After Startup

Solutions:

  1. Check if lens cap is removed
  2. Restart camera
  3. Check screen brightness settings
  4. Factory reset

Shooting Problems

Blurry Photos

Possible Causes:

  • Camera shake
  • Inaccurate focus
  • Dirty lens

Solutions:

  1. Use both hands to hold camera steady
  2. Half-press shutter to confirm focus
  3. Clean lens surface
  4. Enable image stabilization

Photos Too Dark or Bright

Solutions:

  1. Adjust exposure compensation
  2. Check lighting conditions
  3. Use HDR mode
  4. Manually adjust ISO and shutter

AI Features Not Working

Solutions:

  1. Check if AI features are enabled
  2. Update camera firmware
  3. Reset AI settings
  4. Restart camera

Connection Problems

WiFi Connection Failed

Solutions:

  1. Check if WiFi password is correct
  2. Restart router
  3. Forget network and reconnect
  4. Check network signal strength

Mobile App Can't Connect

Solutions:

  1. Ensure phone and camera are on same WiFi network
  2. Restart app
  3. Check if app version is latest
  4. Re-pair devices

Storage Problems

SD Card Not Recognized

Solutions:

  1. Check if SD card is properly inserted
  2. Try another SD card
  3. Format SD card (will delete data)
  4. Check SD card compatibility

Insufficient Storage Space

Solutions:

  1. Delete unnecessary photos and videos
  2. Transfer files to computer or cloud storage
  3. Replace with larger capacity SD card
  4. Adjust photo and video resolution

System Problems

Slow System Performance

Solutions:

  1. Close unnecessary background apps
  2. Clear cache
  3. Restart camera
  4. Factory reset

Firmware Update Failed

Solutions:

  1. Ensure sufficient battery level
  2. Use stable network connection
  3. Re-download firmware package
